This page explains the key rules that apply to accounts held at Oshi. The terms cover how accounts work, how bonuses are issued and expired, what limits apply to bets and withdrawals, and what obligations players accept at the point of registration. General Account Rules
Oshi operates under a one-account policy. Each player may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are identified, the operator may close the extras and forfeit any associated balances. The minimum age for registration is 18 years. Players must be at least 18 at the time of sign-up. Oshi may request age verification documents at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed with forfeiture of funds.

Funds held in a suspended account may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed following internal review.
Any winnings generated through abusive activity, manipulation of game mechanics, or exploitation of system errors are not considered valid and may be removed from the account balance without notice.
Interrupted and Unfinished Game Rounds
If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, Oshi states that the round is generally completed server-side and any resulting winnings are credited to the account automatically. Unfinished games can be accessed through the My Account section; from there, players can open the Unfinished Games list and use the Cancel link to resolve a stuck session.
Responsible Gambling and Age Policy
